Antenatal and newborn screening programmes

An easy read version and translations of the new Screening Tests for You and Your Baby leaflet will be available shortly.

As the text in the new leaflet is very different from the previous version, screening services should not use the old translations. It is recommended to make alternative arrangements with local interpreter services until the new translations are available.

Guidelines on using interpreters have been developed by the UK NSC.
